§ 132.28 DISPOSITION OF DELINQUENT OR MENDICANT CHILDREN.
   If it shall appear that any child taken into custody for violation of § 133.25 is growing upon in mendicancy or vagrancy or is incorrigible, for the lack of proper parental care, or has no home, proper proceedings shall be taken to have the child placed in a proper state institution, as provided by statute.
