It shall be unlawful for any minor person under 18 years of age to be or remain upon any street, alley, or other public place within the corporate limits of the Village, except between the hours of 6:00 a.m. and 10:30 p.m. of each Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday and between the hours of 6:00 a.m. and 11:30 p.m. on each Friday and Saturday. The provisions hereof shall not apply to any such minor in the event that such minor is accompanied by a parent or guardian or other person having custody, or in the event that such minor is lawfully employed, making it necessary to be in such public place at times other than those specified herein.
