§ 132.12 VAGRANCY.
   It shall be unlawful for any mendicant or vagrant to frequent any depot, store, theater, street, alley, sidewalk, park or other public place frequented by the public in the Village. Any person found sleeping in those places and who has no established domicile or residence shall be considered a vagrant.
