(A) Any person, firm, or corporation who violates any provision of this Chapter for which another penalty is not specifically provided shall, upon conviction, be subject to a fine of not less than one hundred dollars ($100.00) nor more than five hundred dollars ($500.00). A separate offense shall be deemed committed each day a violation occurs or continues.
(B) Any person, firm or corporation violating the provisions of § 122.02 shall be fined in an amount not to exceed $500.
