§ 122.32 FEE.
   Each application for a certificate required by this subchapter shall be accompanied by a check payable to the Village. The initial nonrefundable fee shall be in the amount of forty dollars ($40.00). A second or subsequent certificate shall require a nonrefundable fee of fifteen dollars ($15.00) each, up to six (6) months total certificates may be issued in a year.
