§ 120.44 PERMITTING FUGITIVES TO REMAIN; REGISTRATION LIST.
   It shall be unlawful to knowingly permit any fugitive from justice to stay in any hotel. Each hotel proprietor shall keep or cause to be kept a register of guests, as required by state law. The registration shall be available for inspection by any member of the Police Department at any time.
