§ 120.26 TRANSFER RESTRICTIONS; FEE.
   Any license issued under the provisions of this subchapter shall not be transferred without the written authority of the Village Clerk or such other person designated to issue licenses and a transfer fee in the amount of $50 shall be charged therefor.
