§ 120.21 NOTICES.
   Printed notices shall be posted in each motel unit or guest room giving the established rate for that motel unit or guest room for one or more persons and it shall be unlawful to charge a rate in excess of that rate, provided that nothing herein contained shall prohibit the motel or hotel from establishing other or different rates during seasonal periods and nothing herein contained shall prevent the Motel Authority or Hotel Authority from changing the published rates from time to time. The notices also shall prescribe any reasonable rules and regulations of the establishment, not in conflict with any statute or regulation of the state or Village ordinances in the case made and provided.
