a. The Schererville Metropolitan Police Department, together with its agents and employees is hereby authorized and expressly directed to enforce the provisions of this Division at any time when it is so directed by the Town or upon receiving a complaint of an ordinance violation from a Schererville resident.

b. The Schererville Metropolitan Police Department and its agents and employees are hereby authorized and given express license and permission to enter into any private property, private driveway or private lot in the Town of Schererville as may be necessary for purposes of issuing a violation of this ordinance.
