Sec. 6-32 Consuming Alcohol in Vehicle Prohibited.
   It is unlawful for any person to knowingly consume an alcoholic beverage or possess a container that has been opened, that has a broken seal, or from which some of the contents had been removed while in a motor vehicle that is being operated upon a public roadway, street or alley within the Town of Schererville.
