Sec. 4-68 Permit Required to Operate.
   a.   An alarm user shall not install, operate or maintain an alarm system in the Town without first obtaining a permit as required herein.
   b.   Any alarm user who operates an alarm system without first obtaining a permit as required by this section, or who, after having a permit revoked, fails to disconnect his alarm system, shall be in violation of this Division.
