Sec. 3-73 Qualifications of Town Court Judge.

   To be eligible to hold the office of Town Judge, the Judge must be a resident of the Town of Schererville during the term of office or the office becomes vacant. The person selected as Town Judge must be an attorney in good standing under the requirements of the Supreme Court of Indiana.
