a. Pursuant to Indiana Code, § 36-10-3-22, there is established a special non-reverting operating fund for park purposes.

b. The money procured from fees at any park facilities and from any donations designated for park purposes is to be deposited on a weekly basis in the special non-reverting operating fund as directed by the Town of Schererville Park Board.

c. Any expenditures from the special non-reverting operating fund may be made by appropriation; the money from the fund can be disbursed on claims approved by the Town Council.

d. The money deposited in said fund shall be used for the following park purposes:
Advertising Tickets
Adult Education Special Events
Adult Fitness Seasonal Activity
Adult Recreation Leagues Field Trips
Youth Education Senior Citizens Activities
Youth Fitness Summer Recreation
Youth Recreation Leagues Salaries Related to Park Programs
