§ 52.11 REQUIRED COLLECTION OF MIXED MUNICIPAL SOLID WASTE.
   Any commercial property or any other structure in the city, including churches and halls that generates more than 60 gallons of trash per week shall have garbage collected by a hauler licensed by the county. All garbage shall be disposed of in compliance with state law and county policies regarding the required processing of waste.
