Solid waste shall be collected and transported in a nuisance free manner consistent with the intent of this chapter. For single- and two-family dwellings, including residential manufactured homes and businesses operating out of a residence, the city shall select and contract with a contractor for the collection of MMSW. Residential services will be outlined in the contract between the city and the selected contractor.
