§ 52.28 ABANDONMENT AND STORAGE OF BULKY WASTE.
   No person shall have any abandoned, unattended or discarded refrigerator or other similar appliance that has an airtight door or lid with a snaplock or other locking device which may not be released from the inside, on any lot or in any structure.
