§ 52.27 DEPOSITING WASTE INTO PUBLIC PROPERTY.
   No person shall sweep or deposit any litter in any public place or public way except in public containers. Persons owning or occupying property shall keep the sidewalk and any right-of-way bordering their property free of litter. Any person convicted of this section shall be punished by a fine per Ch. 32 of this code.
