§ 52.20 BURYING AND BURNING PROHIBITED.
   No person shall bury any MMSW, recyclable materials, or other waste materials within the city and no person shall burn MMSW or other waste materials except as otherwise expressly permitted elsewhere by City Code or in an incinerator located within a residence or other building that conforms to the requirements of the State of Minnesota.
