§ 52.19 LIQUIDATED DAMAGES.
   The City Council may impose an administrative, liquidated damages or revoke the license of any person found in violation of any applicable statute, regulation, and provision of this chapter or the City's Solid Waste Standards. Any proposed revocation shall be preceded by a public hearing, conducted before the City Council, and preceded by at least 15 days notice of the hearing given to the licensee. The notice, in addition to setting forth the time and place of the hearing, shall state the nature of the charges for which revocation shall be considered. No person granted a license hereunder shall acquire any vested rights through the license or under this chapter.
