§ 113.08 DESIGN AND CONSTRUCTION REQUIREMENTS.
   This chapter regulates the location and construction of the franchisee’s distribution facilities. The franchisee is required to construct, install, operate, and maintain its system in a manner consistent with all applicable laws and the Federal Communications Commission technical standards.
