3-2-4: INTERFERING WITH ENFORCEMENT OFFICIALS PROHIBITED:
It shall be unlawful for any person to interfere with, hinder or refuse to allow a public official or police officer to carry out the provisions of this chapter. (Ord., 5-28-2002)
