3-2-1: HEIGHT RESTRICTION:
No owner of, or other person occupying, any lot, place or area within the village shall permit any grass, weeds or other unhealthful or noxious growth to grow or stand to a height exceeding eight inches (8") anywhere on such lot, place or area. (Ord., 5-28-2002)
