A. Inspections Required: All public improvements to be made under the provisions or this title shall be inspected on a regular basis by the developer's engineer. The frequency and duration of such inspections shall be adequate to specifications approved by the village. The developer's engineer shall provide written certification that all improvements have been properly installed.
B. Notice Of Inspection: The village's designated officer or employee in charge of public works and the village engineer shall be notified whenever construction is being done so that they may conduct independent inspections as deemed necessary.
C. Construction Record Drawings:
1. The developer shall provide three (3) copies of construction record drawings to the village of all improvements completed. These drawings shall be accurately dimensioned. Sanitary sewer manhole rims and invert elevations, water main locations, water service and sanitary sewer service locations shall be shown on the construction record drawings.
2. The construction record drawings shall be a condition of final acceptance of the improvements and release of the surety bond or letter of credit. (Ord., 12-27-2007)
