7-2-3: SURVEYS AND INVESTIGATIONS:
It shall be the duty of the superintendent of water to cause surveys and investigations to be made of industrial and other properties served by the public water supply to determine whether actual or potential hazards to the public water supply may exist. Such surveys and investigations shall be made a matter of public record and shall be repeated at least every two (2) years, or as often as the superintendent of water shall deem necessary. Records of such surveys shall be maintained and available for review for a period of at least five (5) years. (Ord., 3-27-1995)
