7-6-11: PENALTY:
It is an offense for any person, firm, association or corporation to violate, or fail to comply with, any of the provisions of this chapter, and upon conviction thereof, such person, firm, association or corporation shall be punished as provided in section 1-4-1 of this code. (Ord. 642, 3-15-1994)
