7-6-1: DEFINITIONS:
As used in this chapter, the following words and terms shall have the meanings ascribed to them in this section:
LARGE TREES: Trees, shrubs, bushes and all other woody vegetation with a total height in excess of forty feet (40') at maturity.
MEDIUM TREES: Trees, shrubs, bushes and all other woody vegetation with a total height of thirty (30) to forty feet (40') at maturity.
PARK TREES: Trees, shrubs, bushes and all other woody vegetation in public parks having individual names, and all areas owned by the city, or to which the public has free access as a park.
SMALL TREES: Trees, shrubs, bushes and all other woody vegetation with a total height of thirty feet (30') or less at maturity.
STREET TREES: Trees, shrubs, bushes, and all other woody vegetation on land lying between property lines on either side of all streets, avenues or ways within the city. (Ord. 642, 3-15-1994; amd. 2002 Code)
