3-1-4-7: UNLAWFUL TRANSFER OR USE OF LICENSE CERTIFICATE OR INSIGNIA:

It shall be unlawful for any licensee to transfer, load or give away any license certificate or any license plate, tag, badge, sticker or other insignia issued to such licensee. It shall also be unlawful for any person to use or display any license certificate or license plate, tag, badge, sticker or other insignia which has been unlawfully acquired. (1977 Code)
