3-1-4-1: BUILDING AND PREMISES:
No license shall be issued for the conduct of any business, occupation or activity if the premises and building to be used for such purpose does not fully comply with all applicable provisions of this code, including the fire prevention, building and zoning, and police and health regulations. (1977 Code)
