(A) There is hereby created and established in the city a foreign fire insurance board whose members shall be elected by the Savanna fire department. The board shall consist of three (3) members all of whom may serve on the Savanna fire auxiliary board. Foreign fire insurance board member's terms of office shall be three (3) years, or until their respective successors shall be appointed and qualified.
(B) The board must develop and maintain a listing of those items that the board feels is appropriate expenditures of the foreign fire insurance tax collected by the municipality. (Ord. 1906, 1-27-2009)
