The city comptroller shall prepare:
(A) A city information directory;
(B) A block diagram of the functional subdivisions of the city;
(C) A city records directory; and
(D) A records catalogue, all of which shall be substantially in the same form as the documents attached to the ordinance codified herein and made a part hereof as exhibits A, B, C and D. This information shall also be posted on the city's website. (Ord. 1943, 4-27-2010)
