The chief of police is hereby designated as the FOIA officer to whom all police requests to the city police department are to be referred. Such requests are to be made at the offices of the city of Savanna at 101 Main Street, Savanna, IL 61074, between the hours of eight o'clock (8:00) A.M. and five o'clock (5:00) P.M.
