(A) All motions to expend or appropriate funds of the City shall be referred to the Budget Committee for study and shall not be considered by the City Council until reported out by the Budget Committee, unless the City Council by a two-thirds (2/3) vote otherwise directs.
(B) This section shall not apply to expenditures or motions related to expenditures not exceeding one thousand dollars ($1,000.00) by the Mayor in accordance with the budget as approved. (Ord. 1695, 6-11-2002)
