(A) Fine: Except as otherwise provided, any person convicted of a violation of any section or provision of this Code shall be fined a sum not less than one hundred dollars ($100.00) and not to exceed five hundred dollars ($500.00) for any one offense 1 . (Ord. 2039, 5-28-2013)
(B) Prompt Admission Of Guilt And Payment Of Fine: Any person charged with a violation of a City ordinance and served with a citation, may, in lieu of having a court hearing, sign a plea of guilty to the ordinance violation and pay a fine of one hundred dollars ($100.00) to the City. To exercise this option, both the plea of guilty and fine must be delivered to the Savanna Police Department, 333 Chicago Avenue, Savanna, Illinois, within forty eight (48) hours of issuance of the violation.
