The operator of a bicycle on a roadway, when making a right turn, shall follow the right hand edge of the roadway, and the operator of a bicycle making a left turn shall approach the point of turning in the traffic lane nearest the center of the roadway. No operator of a bicycle shall start, slow down, stop or attempt to turn without first indicating such movement as provided by law. (1977 Code)
