9-1-28: TIME LIMIT PARKING:
   (A)   Except on Sundays and holidays, it shall be unlawful to park any vehicle for a longer consecutive period of time than that designated between the hours of eight o'clock (8:00) A.M. and six o'clock (6:00) P.M. in any area designated as a limited parking area and so marked. When signs are erected giving notice thereof, no vehicle shall be parked for more than fifteen (15) minutes on either side of Third Street for a distance of approximately seventy five feet (75') south of Madison Street measured from the south curb line of Madison Street. When signs are erected and giving notice thereof, no vehicle shall be parked for more than two (2) hours on the west side of Third Street between Washington Street and Chicago Avenue between the hours of nine o'clock (9:00) A.M. and six o'clock (6:00) P.M. except on Sundays and holidays.
   (B)   No vehicle, trailer, boats or flatbeds shall be parked or stored on any street for more than seventy two (72) hours. The movement of any parked or stored vehicle shall be interpreted that such vehicle must be operated and driven from the parking or storage location for a minimum distance of five hundred feet (500').
   (C)   When signs are erected and giving notice thereof, it shall be unlawful to park any vehicle for more than two (2) hours on either side of Fourth Street between Chicago Avenue and Bowen Street between the hours of six o'clock (6:00) A.M. and six o'clock (6:00) P.M. on any day.
   (D)   When signs are erected giving notice thereof, no vehicle, except school buses, shall be parked during times when school is in session on the westerly side of the Cragmoor Avenue school parking area from Glenmoor Avenue to Longmoor Avenue.
