(A) When signs are erected giving notice thereof, no person shall park a vehicle on Main Street from Chicago Avenue to Division Street for a period longer than thirty (30) minutes between the hours of two o’clock (2:00) A.M. and six o’clock (6:00) A.M. of any day, except physicians on emergency call.
(B) Notwithstanding Paragraph (A), to enable the city crew to remove snow unimpeded, no person shall park a vehicle on Main Street from Chicago Ave to Division Street between the hours of two o’clock (2:00) A.M. and six o’clock (6:00) A.M. of any day from November 1 through April 1.
