9-1-21: U-TURNS PROHIBITED:

It shall be unlawful for any person driving a motor vehicle upon Main Street from the southmost portion of the intersection of Main Street and Quincy Street through the northmost portion of the intersection of Main Street and Division Street to conduct a U-turn of the motor vehicle.
