Those streets and parts of streets described in the following schedule shall be through streets:

Chicago Avenue from Main Street to easterly city limits.
Jackson Street from Iris Street to Maple Street.
Main Street from north city limits to Chicago Avenue.
Viaduct Road from Chicago Avenue to southerly city limits.
Wacker Road from Viaduct Road to easterly city limits.
