9-1-9: ERECTING SIGNS INDICATING PARKING LIMITATIONS:
The superintendent of public works, as directed by the council, is hereby authorized:
   (A)   To erect signs indicating "no parking" upon that side of any street adjacent to any school property where, in the opinion of the council, such parking would interfere with traffic or create a hazardous condition.
   (B)   To appropriately mark or sign such streets upon which angle parking shall be permitted.
   (C)   To erect signs indicating no parking zones upon any street when the width of the roadway does not exceed twenty feet (20') or upon one side of a street as indicated by such signs when the width of the roadway does not exceed thirty feet (30').
   (D)   To designate by proper signs placed where the stopping or parking of vehicles would create an especially hazardous condition or would cause unusual delay in traffic. (1977 Code)
