8-6-6: PENALTY:

Any person violating any section or provision of this chapter shall be fined a sum not to exceed five hundred dollars ($500.00) for any one offense, and a separate offense shall be deemed committed for each and every day during which a violation continues or exists. (Ord. 1291, 10-22-1985)
