The excavating, tunneling or other work being done to any public right-of-way shall be under and subject to the supervision of the Superintendent of Public Works, or his or her assignee. Notice shall be given to the Superintendent of Public Works at least twenty four (24) hours before the work of backfilling any excavation commences. (Ord. 2210, 10-24-2017)
