8-1-23: MAINTENANCE OF PARKWAYS; ABUTTING PROPERTY OWNER RESPONSIBILITY:
The maintenance of all grass parkways as to the surface condition, including mowing, shall be the sole responsibility of the owner of the abutting property. Abutting property shall be property other than streets, alleys, and easements owned or utilized by the city. (Ord. 1626, 11-24-1998)
