It is unlawful to play any game, including, but not limited to, hacky sack, skateboarding, and rollerblading, upon any street, alley, sidewalk or other public place where such game causes unnecessary noise or interferes with traffic or pedestrians. Games are specifically prohibited upon Main Street and its sidewalks between Chicago Avenue and Van Buren Street, excluding any designated area set by the city council. (Ord. 1539, 8-8-1995)
