8-1-14: LIABILITY FOR ACCIDENTS:

The person to whom the permit has been granted shall be responsible to anyone for any injury caused by the presence of any obstruction in any sidewalk being repaired or altered, or failure to keep the worksite properly barricaded or lighted as required under section 8-1-13 of this chapter. (1977 Code)
