8-1-4: CONSTRUCTION STANDARDS AND SPECIFICATIONS:
The standards and specifications for construction of sidewalks and appurtenances thereto shall be those as kept on file in the office of the superintendent of public works. Said standards and specifications are available for inspection by the public at all reasonable hours. (1977 Code)
