8-1-2: DUTY TO REPAIR AND CLEAR SIDEWALKS:

It is the duty of the owners of land adjoining any street to maintain in good repair and to remove obstructions from the adjacent sidewalk, except that water box and manhole frame structures and/or any other similar structures shall be maintained in a safe manner by the city. (Ord. 1250, 4-12-1983)
