7-6-6: SURCHARGE RATES:
The rates of surcharge for BOD and SS shall be as follows:
   (A)   For biochemical oxygen demand (BOD), five cents ($0.05) per pound.
   (B)   For suspended solids (SS), four cents ($0.04) per pound. (1977 Code; amd. Ord. 1245, 9-28-1992)
