Any person violating this chapter shall be fined a sum of one hundred dollars ($100.00) for a first offense occurring in a calendar year and a separate offense may be deemed committed for each and every day during which a violation continues or exists.
Any person committing a second offense on the same property within the same calendar year will be fined a sum of two hundred fifty dollars ($250.00) and a separate offense may be deemed committed for each and every day during which a violation continues or exists.
Any person committing a third or subsequent offense on the same property within the same calendar year will be fined a sum of three hundred fifty dollars ($350.00) and a separate offense may be deemed committed for each and every day during which a violation continues or exists.
