7-1-12: PENALTY:

Any person, firm, or corporation violating this chapter shall be fined not less than one hundred dollars ($100.00), nor more than seven hundred fifty dollars ($750.00), for each offense. Each day there is a violation constitutes a separate offense. Violations of this chapter are hereby declared to be a public nuisance and shall be abated in the manner provided by law.
