Any thing, condition or activity which endangers health, or offends the senses, or obstructs or interferes with free use and comfortable enjoyment of life or property and the following acts or omissions thereof are hereby declared to be nuisances and the creation or maintenance of same anywhere within the city is hereby prohibited.
